Our goal setting meetings are on Monday October 20th and Wednesday October 22nd. Please check your family envelope for your scheduled appointment time and please return the bottom portion of the sheet back to the school. If you need to make changes to appointment times, please call the school.

We will be having our annual bus safety presentations for Kindergarten, Grade 1, 2, and 4 students on October 29, 2025.

Orange Shirt Day at Busby School will be on September 29, 2025. Please wear orange to honour the indigenous children that were forced into residential schools. A HUGE thank you to Busby PAC for organizing an orange shirt day order for our families!

We will be participating in the annual Terry Fox Run on September 25, 2025. We will be starting at 10 am and community members are welcome to join in! If you’d like to make a donation to the Terry Fox Foundation, you can make one here

Our Grade 4-6 students will be heading to the Westlock Golf Course to participate in the cross country run. Thank you St. Mary School for organizing this event!

Our Meet The Teacher night is Sept 11, 2025. Please stop in to look at our book fair and buy a burger from our BBQ.

Our first Parent Council meeting will be on Sept 9, 2025 @ 4:15pm. Babysitting will be provided and we always like to see new families. We hope to see you there!

First day of classes for Kindergarten- Gr 6 Busby students is Wednesday, August 27th, 2025.  If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us in the office at 780.349.2464. School office will be open August 19th, 20th, from 9 am – 2 pm and August 25th and 26th from 8am – 4pm.
